K&K ATV / Nac's Racing Shipping Policy

At K&K ATV and Nac's Racing, we're committed to getting your parts out fast because we know you're ready to ride. We take pride in packaging your order carefully and all orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

    Shipping carrier and fees vary depending on product size, weight, and packaging requirements.

    Some items may have unique shipping costs listed directly on their product page.

    We do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 Domestic (United States)

We ship U.S. orders via USPS and UPS, following standard USPS and UPS delivery timelines based on your location. Carrier used depends on the product being shipped, we use the most cost efficient every time.

 International (Canada, Australia, Aruba, & More!) 

We ship internationally via UPS, with delivery times based on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees required by customs. If your country isn't listed, please contact us and we'll be happy to add it.

K&K ATV / Nac's Racing Return Policy

To keep our inventory truly new and returns hassle‑free, we follow clear guidelines for all returns and exchanges. Please send items back in the same condition you'd want to receive yourself.

Packaging and Condition Requirements

  • To receive a full refund, all returned items must arrive in new, unused condition with original, intact packaging.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, plastic containers, bags, and any protective materials.
  • Packaging that is torn, damaged, or not resalable means the item is no longer considered "new" and cannot be accepted.
  • All tags should be attached, stickers, films, booklets, instructions, and accessories must be included.
  • We cannot accept items showing any signs of use, including scratches, scuffs, dents, stretching, dirt, pet hair, or evidence of mounting/installation.

    Return Window 

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

    Shipping Returns

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We do not accept C.O.D. packages; they will be refused and returned to the sender.

    Processing

    • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
    • You can also use refunded amounts toward an exchange. 
    • If your card has expired, we'll issue Nac's Bonus Bucks which can be used towards any product at any time. 
    • When returns arrive back in new condition, we're able to get you refunded fast and keep our shelves stocked with products that riders can trust.
