K&K ATV LLC In order for us to provide you with the best possible customer service please provide us with complete billing and shipping information. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We strive to stock all of the products offered in our catalogs, allowing you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner. In the event of a backorder or discontinued item we will contact you within 48 hours and offer options to get your order filled completely.

FOR ORDERS OVER $100:
Shipping is free for orders over $100. This includes tires wheels and all products. This is limited to the 48 states. Alaska & Hawaii will be free if package may be shipped USPS. If additional charges apply to those orders we will notify via email & Phone. Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground shipping. Unfortunately, no exceptions may be made.

FOR ORDERS UNDER $100:
Orders under $100 will be charged a shipping fee. This will be determined by weight and size of package. These rates will be quoted with order. Any variations from that we will notify prior to shipping. These orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. You may choose expedited shipping for orders; please contact us to make those arrangements.

OTHER
For Money order & personal checks, they will have to be mailed prior to shipping of the order. Personal checks will be held for 8 days to clear before the order is shipped. Please mail checks to:

For orders including back-ordered items, we will ship all items that are in stock and backordered items as we receive them at no charge for s/h.
K&K ATV. LLC guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below to return the item.

1. Warranty Claims: We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
2. Some special order items may require a restocking fee prior to return. Please check with your sales associate. All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturers packaging.
3. Call 1-413-323-7044 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.
4. Please request your RMA within 30 days from the day you receive your order. RMA requests after 30 days are at our discretion.
5. We will be glad to exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 30 days from the date of sale. There may be a restocking of 15% on all returned items that are not being exchanged.
6. Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. COD returns can be exchanged or a refund check can be mailed to the billing address of the order.
7. Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item.
8. Please return all items via ground shipping. Please note: Third party shippers (example UPS Store, FedEx Kinkos, Mailbox Etc) add charges to normal ground shipping costs. K&K ATV LLC does not reimburse these charges.
9. Please do not return any items via COD our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.

Warranty Information
You are entitled to the manufacturers limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. K&K ATV LLC makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. K&K ATV LLC shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.

Sales of our products must follow U.S. Commerce Department Regulations and State Department restrictions. Products Canada and APO/FPO Military Shipping Policies We are able to offer UPS and USPS shipping to most Canadian customers.
