International Shipping

For all International orders. You will be contacted via E-mail about the shipping charges after your order has been placed. Please note that "Free Shipping" only applies to US residents living in the lower 48 States. All International orders are shipped EMS Global Express Mail or UPS International Express except Canada. For Canada, we ship USPS Canada Priority unless otherwise requested.

* EMS Global Express (United States Postal Service) normally take 7-10 days to arrive in most countries. However, South Africa takes 12-15 business days to arrive. The approximate shipping charges are $45 for the first 1-5 pounds and approximately $5 each additional pound to most countries. South Africa costs $55 for the first 1-5 pounds and $5 each additional pound.

* UPS Express is another option for faster shipping. Packages normally arrive in 3-5 days from the time the package is shipped. UPS Express shipments are calculated by weight and size of the box (dimensional weight). This is very important to understand. A pair of Alpinestars boots weight approximately 10 pounds. Although the box weights 10 pounds UPS charges dimensional weight so you will be billed for 18 pounds. UPS Express on average is around $35 more per package to most countries than EMS Global Express.

Great Britain, Ireland, France, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, South Korea, Mexico, Switzerland, Denmark - These countries list here are fairly reasonable to ship UPS. UPS is on average around $35 more expensive than shipping EMS Global Express.

Countries that are very expensive to ship UPS International Express. UPS Express On average is $100 more per package to these countries than EMS Global Express - Anywhere in Africa, South America, Eastern Europe, Poland, Russia, Philippines, New Caledonia.

K&K recommends countries like South Africa, Poland, New Caledonia use EMS Global Express because it is so much cheaper.

** For new International customers that are using credit cards it usually take 2-3 business days to verify your credit card from your bank. We have to do this to make sure the credit card is being used by the correct card holder. Once you have established an account with us & have been verified there will be no delay.
